Online Return Policy
Refunds: Returns mailed within 7 DAYS of delivery are eligible for exchange or a refund to the original form of payment. The day of delivery counts as day 1.
Exchanges/Store Credit: Returns mailed within 8-14 DAYS of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit, which is good for one year of use - online only.
We cannot accept any returns mailed back after 14 days from delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items, gift cards, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
STORE PICK UP ORDERS: For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 7 days from date of purchase to return for a refund and 14 days from date of purchase to exchange for a store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using our return portal above but you are free to use another trackable shipping service if you wish.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process after we’ve received your return.
Purchases made in-store
STMT accepts returns for store credit within 7 days of your purchase date for in-store purchases. Merchandise must me unworn with tags attached accompanied by the original receipt. No refunds. Sale items are final sale. All purchases made with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Damaged or Defective Items
